Job Description

Job Summary
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring secure operations of IT systems, Networks, infrastructure servers and its applications. This will include the day to day administration of Network Security systems such as,Firewalls, IPS and Baseline Defences in an Enterprise network.
As a part of the role you will be required to perform day to day administration on the Network Security Systems, correlate security events and take Predictive, Preventive or corrective actions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting Security assessment and risk assessments on Business Critical ICT Systems.
Required Skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Security with specialist knowledge in Network Security Domain.
• Expert working knowledge of Network Security Domains (for example CheckPoint, Firewalls , Cisco Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, F5 Products LTM, APM) are essential.
• Extensive knowledge of Network Layers, Routing Protocols, Switching, Multicast, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN, Packet Capture Analysis are essential.
• Experience in event log Analysis, Perform Threat and Risk Assessments are required.
• Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting and analytical skills in Network Security.
• IT Security Certification from CheckPoint, Cisco is preferable
