Your new role You will be responsible for the Cyber Security Engineering and Architecture within the organisation. You will help to steer the organisation through their Cyber Security strategy, which they are 2-3 years away from finishing. You will report to the new Head of Cyber Security and ensure effective planning and implementation of security architecture improvements within the organisation. The role will encompass elements of engineering and architecture, and will require a hands on and can do approach. What you'll need to succeed As well as a strong cyber engineering or architectural experience, you will also need to be a clear communicator with a can do attitude and excellent relationship building skills. You will also need the following: Fantastic communication skills with strong and effective people skills Degree in Information Systems or comparable education Experience planning and implementing Cyber Security roadmaps Theoretical and enterprise knowledge across Network Data & Infrastructure Security Significant experience in Security Engineering, and some exposure to security architecture. CCNA and/or MCSE What you’ll get in return A salary of up to £54619. 27 days holiday plus bank holidays.
