Project Description
We are working in a global investment bank. We are looking for DevOps that will be working on Asia-pacific part of Equity eTrading platform. Work assumes close collaboration with developers based in Singapore, Hong-Kong and requires attendance of morning meetings (working hours are from 09:00 AM EET time) . Team will start its work with known data quality and technical improvement tasks progressing to platform development & ownership as its expertise grows. Working with us will help you to:
- verify and grow your skills in a global diverse team;
- see from inside operations of one of the biggest investment banks;
- learn certain aspects of financial markets, products and risks
Responsibilities
• • 3 hours every day - release management and operational tasks
• • 4 hours a day - contribute to product improvements, CI\CD pipeline, minor Java coding
Skills
Must have
• • DevOps experience (4+ years), UNIX (2+ years);
• • Basic to mid-level knowledge of Java
• • Experience with build automation tools - Gradle, Maven;
• • Version control systems: Git, BitBucket/GitHub;
• • Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
• • Knowledge of Maven, uDeploy, TeamCity
