Job Description

Job Title: Senior Cyber Security Service Specialist

Location: Preston or Farnborough –We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Circa £60,000 Depending on skills and experience

Services are delivered to agreed performance measures in conjunction with the product / control procedure owner(s)
Ensure Customer Satisfaction targets are achieved in conjunction with the product / control procedure owner(s)
Continual service improvement opportunities are identified and managed
Management and delivery of the following service components

Service experience rather than Cyber Security
Experience of Supplier Management, Performance Management
Background of stakeholder management and CI

The Cyber Security Service Team

The team works alongside cyber security technical and assurance specialists to facilitate the delivery of an outcome focused and repeatable cyber service.This includes managing external partners and supplier relationships and internal management and delivery of services.A principle of continual service improvement is used to mature and enhance the cyber security capabilities through process improvement and performance management, extending also to embedding service principles into the design and implementation of new cyber security capabilities.
