Job Description & Role:

Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: eliciting, prioritizing and managing product requirements, defining and designing the product vision, and working closely with other product, sales, service delivery and marketing teams and support to ensure that the company’s commercial and product goals are met.
Candidate will work internally with Product, Sales, Service Delivery and interact with Technology Vendors and Partners.
Define go-to-market and roadmap for Cyber & Network security products.
Manage end-to-end security services portfolio, including introducing new services, portfolio updates or decommissioning of products or services .
Design and develop new products and services covering the different type of customer segments that the company is addressing (i.e. Government, LEs and SMEs).
Develop business cases for the company’ specific products and services in collaboration with sales, marketing, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with Service Delivery team to ensure timely execution of portfolio roadmap within approved budget and expected quality.
Support Presales in the development of technical proposals; define product requirements and technical analysis as well pricing.
Adhere to business process, practices, and methodologies to ensure effective and efficient product development.
Lead product benchmarking activities and competitive analyses.
Define product specific performance metrics and monitor and report the progress against targets.
Liaise with sales teams to capture customer feedback and product needs.

Additional Requirements:

10+ years of cyber security experience is a must, out of which working as a Solution Architect, or Product Manager for at least more than 2 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or equivalent is a must.
Certified on Security technologies like, SIEM, SOAR, WAF, DDOS, EDR, NDR, etc.
Relevant product management training and certificates.
Good knowledge and understanding of Information techonology, cybersecurity, and common enterprise applications.
Strong experience working in Product Management with a strong understanding of Cyber Security landscape and product development lifecycles.
Experience and understanding of different Cyber Security areas specifically around Cloud and Managed Services.
Thorough understanding of security international standards like ISO, PCI, GDPR etc.
Proven experience working with different products and going through the full product management life cycle.
Ability to demonstrate knowledge on products and enable different arms of the business to be in consensus on the best product strategy.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster harmony and team spirit with other departments.
Excellent English written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter while also being capable of working within a dynamic and highly distributed cross-functional team environment.
