CYBERUK 2026 returns to Glasgow SEC on April 21-23. The NCSC marks its 10th anniversary with 2,500+ delegates, keynotes from GCHQ Director, and four tracks.
The UK's National Cyber Security Centre brings its flagship conference back to Glasgow this April — and this year, it's personal. CYBERUK 2026 marks the NCSC's 10th anniversary, a decade of defending the UK's digital infrastructure against nation-state threats, ransomware, and everything in between.

What to Expect
CYBERUK is not your typical vendor-heavy conference. It is a government-led, intelligence-grade event where policy meets practice. Over three days, delegates get access to world-class keynotes, classified-level threat briefings (adapted for public consumption), interactive workshops, and one of the largest cybersecurity exhibition halls in Europe.
The programme is delivered across four distinct tracks:
- Resilience — building robust defences against evolving threats and ensuring business continuity
- Technology — innovations in AI security, quantum-safe cryptography, and secure-by-design principles
- Threat — intelligence briefings on nation-state actors, cybercrime ecosystems, and emerging attack vectors
- Ecosystem — strengthening the UK and international cyber community through collaboration and talent development
Who's Speaking
The speaker lineup reads like a who's-who of Five Eyes cyber leadership:
- Anne Keast-Butler — Director of GCHQ
- Dr Richard Horne — NCSC CEO
- Stephanie Crowe — Australian Cyber Security Centre
- Rajiv Gupta — Canadian Centre for Cyber Security
- UK Government Ministers
- Industry leaders from Google Cloud, Anthropic, and PQ Shield
- Academics from the University of Glasgow
The Ukraine Connection
CYBERUK has become one of the most important international platforms for discussing Russian cyber operations and the lessons emerging from Ukraine's ongoing cyber defence. The NCSC's collaboration with CERT-UA and Ukraine's State Special Communications Service (SSSCIP) has been a recurring conference theme since 2022.
For CyberPeople's audience, CYBERUK represents the intersection of Euro-Atlantic cyber solidarity — where Ukrainian frontline experience directly informs Western defence strategy. Expect sessions on critical infrastructure protection, hybrid warfare resilience, and the evolving role of AI in both offensive and defensive operations.
How to Attend
CYBERUK operates on an application-based registration system — it is not open-ticket. Private sector delegates can apply through the official website. Government and public sector attendees have a separate registration track.
