Why KITE Matters

Ukraine has become the world's most active laboratory for OSINT methodologies. From tracking military movements to identifying disinformation campaigns, Ukrainian OSINT practitioners have developed techniques that are now studied globally. KITE is where this knowledge is shared firsthand.

The 2025 edition brought together over 500 participants from Ukraine and abroad, with support from the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center (NCSCC) at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

For CyberPeople's audience, KITE represents homegrown Ukrainian intelligence expertise meeting international standards — the kind of event that exists nowhere else in the world.
