NATO's flagship collective cyber defense exercise — 1,300+ defenders from 29+ nations
Cyber Coalition is organized by NATO's Allied Command Transformation (ACT) and exercises the full spectrum of collective cyber defense — from technical incident response to strategic decision-making at the national level.
How It Works
Teams operate from their own national locations while coordinating through NATO's cyber communication channels. Scenarios involve cascading incidents across multiple nations, requiring teams to share information, request assistance, and make joint decisions under time pressure.
Ukraine's Participation
Ukraine's role in Cyber Coalition has grown significantly since 2022. Ukrainian teams bring operational experience that enriches the exercise for all participants, while benefiting from closer integration with NATO cyber defense structures.
